not enough information.You want 3 implants? or 1 implant to replace a 3 unit bridge?do you have enough bone there in height and width? and is there enough room for 1 or 3 implants?are these upper or lower front teeth which tooth numbers?Is there enough connective tissue or do you need a graft, emogain, membrane, etc...Only way to answer your question is for you to come in for consultation with x-rays.

Implants are dependent on bone and gum conditions. Assuming everything is ideal and that there is no need to rebuild any bone or change the architecture of the gum tissue which would surround the implant (which by the way "ideal" is very rare) then the fees are as follows.Root form Implant: $2089 (New tooth root - titanium)Abutment: $522 for titanium, $647 for Ceramic ZirconiaImplant supported Tooth Crown: $1617I.V. Sedation: $450 per hourApprox. time to completion 4-6 months. Anterior cases often take a little longer if you want to achieve maximum esthetics in the smile zone. (most people do)Hope this helps.
