if you are serious in restoring "meth mouth", the "meth" problem needs to be gone.Usually in these cases the damage done by the meth is so severe that every tooth in the mouth is affected. Some teeth can be restored some not.There are 2 options at this point.1) Full mouth rehabilitation which is a lot of work, very expensive and not everyone can afford this. cost can range from $45000 to $100000 depending on the situation and what you are looking to repair.2) Dentures. The dentures can vary from complete dentures to implant supported overdentures to a hybrid prosthesis(can not be removed by the patient)The second option is the cheapest and depending on your budget you can find a solution that may be ideal for you.Unfortunately there is no magic wand that can make the teeth grow back, but if you are interested and are willing to make the commitment and investment in your teeth, i can help you.

Not sure who to see in Costa Mesa. You might call Dr. Ron Barbanell in Long Beach for a recommendation (perio). If I was you, I would call a local gum specialist (periodontist) and ask them who they would refer you to. They like to refer to their better docs. Number one thing for Meth mouth if you are not using is to start fluoride on the teeth (even if you are). You can go buy ACT or Floriguard in drugstore and start the rinses. Later get RX from dentist for stronger fluoride and something called MI paste (look it up) to strengthen teeth.Teeth got soft from slow or no saliva and mouth breathing and bacteria were not neutralized (acids). Also, consider using a baking soda toothpaste to neutralize acids in mouth now. Fluoride before you go to sleep after brushing and flossing. No rinsing after spitting out the fluoride for thirty min.Good luck!! You can make it.
