Patient Review 1:
I have had several disappointing experiences with dentists whose primary concern was increasing their business revenue rather than the health and well-being of their patients. Dr. Hsu restored my confidence in dental practitioners. She is a premiere dental professional driven by her dedication to her patients. Her sincerity and expertise were apparent the moment I sat in the patient chair. She spent an extraordinary amount of time explaining dental procedures in a layman's language and answering all questions with utmost patience and details. She performed several dental procedures on me and my wife. The extraction of my wisdom tooth was utterly painless. I healed quickly and was able to eat a hearty dinner the same night as the extraction. This is in stark contrast to a previous wisdom tooth extraction performed by another dentist, which resulted in days of painful suffering, swelling, and inability to chew. Dr. Hsu saved my life. One dental group turned me away, even though they caused me to be in excruciating pain and require an emergency root canal, and Dr. Hsu took me that afternoon on her off day. Since then I have had 4 fillings and a cleaning with her with minimal pain. She is very accomodating, friendly and genuinely interested in your dental health. Unlike other larger groups that treat you like a number, she provides warm, personal and professional service. I am a physician myself and I can truly attest to her skills as a health care professional. I recommend her to everyone.
